67 miles and 3900 ft of ascent - Starting half way up the Gresleys and following flat 40 with detour via lovely flat road throughTurley and on to Upton on Severn (31 miles). Malvern and the Wyche cutting takes you to Colwall at 41 miles before lanes home through Much Marcle and Linton (Alma?).
